Running technique and hill climbing/ descending
Run threshold test and/ or Functional Power Threshold testing (track), including analysis, application and review of data for training
Aqua running introduction to training with appropriate intensities and progressive structure
Pre-training sessions – returning to swimming, cycling and/ or running post surgery or injuries
Functional Strength and Conditioning Screening using our online program TRIFIT
Conducted 1-2-1 or small group at suitable venue

Course specific race preparation (ITU Worlds, Ironman World Championships)
Tapering options
Performance psychology
Ironman specific nutrition strategies
Identifying/ reviewing training intensities from testing (swim, bike and/ or run)
Analysing progress indicators to inform planning
Equipment appraisals and advice for upgrade
Conducted as a 45-60 minute session on Skype, phone call or in person
